Q: How are pre-built sets packed and shipped?
A: For used (pre-built) sets, we may need to take them apart into smaller "chunks" for shipping. Please note that parts will likely fall off during transit.
Q: How does the Local Pick Up option work at checkout?
A: The Shipping info section must be filled out to generate pickup and shipping options. If local pickup is chosen, you can pick up your order in our Port Charlotte, Florida store.
Q: What do we sell?
A: Certified Sets: Every Certified Set receives special handling at Bricks & Minifigs! We verify that it contains ALL the parts, minifigures, and instructions. Parts, minifigures, and instructions are in good-used condition. They are not guaranteed to be in like-new condition.
New In-Box Sets: This LEGO® set is in its original sealed box and has never been opened.
Pre-Owned Sets: Used sets may be missing parts, be partial sets, or have color swapped pieces. Please ask if you have any concerns about a set before purchasing. They are sold AS-IS and can’t be returned or exchanged once they leave the store premises.
Retired Sets: Sets that LEGO® are no longer selling.
Minifigs: LEGO® minifigures ranging from popular to rare.
Bulk Bricks: We have 4 large tables filled with LEGO® bricks & pieces in all sizes and colors. Bulk is sold by volume, we offer two cup sizes and 3 bag sizes to fill.

Q: How to trades and buys work?
A: We will evaluate your sets, bulk, and minifigs based on several factors, including condition, demand, and quantity, and then make you an offer. You can choose the cash value or the much higher in-store credit value. We cannot purchase sealed sets that are still for sale by LEGO®. We can purchase pre-built sets still for sale by LEGO® but, we are extremely limited on what we are able to offer - retired is ALWAYS better. We offer the most for built sets with as many original pieces, minifigs, and instructions as you have. Bulk bricks are evaluated based on volume. Q: Do sets need to be built to trade or sell?
A: Yes, we do ask that sets are built with all of their minifigs when brought in for trade or sell. The reason for this being we can visually inspect the set and actually see if anything is missing or not. Sets that come in broken down in bag(s), it is very difficult to really determine completeness. We can still accept broken down sets but the offer given will reflect that.
