Party Terms & Conditions

Party Package is for a 1.5 hour hosted party for up to 10 participants & 4 Adults (party room capacity)

The 10 participants must be ages 5+

10 participants MAXIMUM (this includes anyone who will be participating - including siblings)

Non-refundable $50 deposit required to schedule party - reschedules are allowed up to 7 days prior to original party date

Party Package:

  • Begins with 15 minute minifigure building activity (each guest leaves with 1 minifigure & guest of honor leaves with 2)
  • 45 minutes of free play, race car building & racing on the derby track (Cars are not to take home)
  • Ends with 30 minutes for food
    • Food, cake, and drinks are not provided
    • Drinks must be boxed, pouched, or bottled (no open cups)
    • Plates, napkins, and assorted utensils are provided (if desired)

PARTY RULES

  • No touching, sitting or standing on the race track or it's components
  • The race track is ONLY to be operated by a Bricks & Minifigs Port Charlotte team member
  • Do not remove the car wheels from their base
  • Do not build your car wider than the wheel base - it won't fit on the track
  • Do not build your car lower than the wheels base plate - it won't go down the track
  • All Participants must remain in the Party Room during the 90 minute party
  • No running or jumping. No climbing on chairs or tables.
  • No throwing food or drink on the walls, floor, race track, or on the LEGO® pieces.
  • If these rules are not followed your entire party will be asked to leave the premises - no refund - no rescheduling
